By confirming the order, the client assumes full responsibility for the appearance and shape of the requested model.Custom orders are subject to OUG 34/2014. If the customer refuses to pick up the ordered product, due to defects in production, the amount of the advance is not refunded. The order must be lifted within 14 days from the time the Customer was informed that the product is ready for delivery, otherwise the order is canceled and the amount of the advance is not refunded.The guarantee is granted according to the provisions of Law 449/2003, as well as the other normative acts incidental to matters GD 457/2003 = republished 982 / 2007.
